What you can count on
No recruitment fees
Not for the application, not for the visa, not for the transfer. Fees on workers are illegal in Saudi Arabia and AKFAL never charges them. Anyone asking for money in our name is not us.
Legal status handled properly
Transfer through Qiwa, secondment through Ajeer for short assignments, or a new visa through a licensed agency — the route is agreed with you before you accept, and AKFAL pays its fees.
Housing, meals and transport
Crews live in AKFAL's managed camp near Jubail Industrial City or in project accommodation, with meals, laundry, daily buses to site, medical insurance and overtime paid as the law requires.
An answer within 48 hours
Every application gets a reply from a person: whether your trade is being hired now, what test to expect, and what documents to prepare.

How to apply
- 1
Fill the form
Two minutes on your phone in your own language. A CV helps but is not required — a photo of your Iqama or passport is enough to start.
- 2
We call you
Within 48 hours a recruiter tells you whether your trade is being hired, and what test or certificate check comes next.
- 3
Trade test and offer
You are tested in Jubail or at a partner centre abroad, then receive a written offer with the package before you decide.
Before you apply
The three things applicants ask about most, answered properly.

How to get an Aramco or SABIC gate pass
What a contractor's worker needs before entering an Aramco or SABIC plant in the Eastern Province: documents, medical, safety induction and the tests clients run.

The 6G welding test: what AKFAL and its clients ask for
How the 6G pipe-welding qualification works, which processes are tested, what inspectors reject, and how to prepare before you apply.

Sponsorship transfer to AKFAL: how it works
How a worker already in Saudi Arabia moves to AKFAL — the transfer through Qiwa, the Ajeer option for short assignments, what the worker pays (nothing) and how long it takes.
Read the guideQuestions applicants ask
Does AKFAL charge any fee to apply or to arrange a visa?
No. Applying is free, and visa, Iqama and transfer fees are paid by AKFAL as the law requires. If anyone asks you for money in AKFAL's name, it is a scam — report it to us on WhatsApp.
I am outside Saudi Arabia. Can I apply?
Yes. We recruit from abroad through licensed agencies for most trades. Apply with your trade, certificates and country; if your trade is being hired we tell you which agency will contact you.
My Iqama is with another company. Can I still join?
Usually yes — through a sponsorship transfer on Qiwa, or through Ajeer for a short assignment. Tell us your Iqama status and profession in the form and we will tell you which route applies.
Do I need a CV?
No. The form asks for what we actually need. Attach a CV if you have one; a clear photo of your certificates is more useful to us than a long CV.
How is salary decided?
By trade test, certificates and years of experience, confirmed in a written offer before you accept. We do not publish figures, so a strong candidate is never capped by a listed number.
Which languages do you work in?
Site inductions and toolbox talks run in English and Arabic, with Hindi and Urdu on most crews. You can apply and be interviewed in any of the four languages of this site.
