Privacy notice for applicants
This notice explains what AKFAL does with the information you send through jobs.akfal.sa, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.
What we collect
The details you enter in the application form — name, contact details, nationality, age, trade, experience, certificates, Iqama status and, if you attach it, your CV — together with the language, page and source the application came from.
Why
To assess you for work with AKFAL, to contact you about roles, tests and offers, and to keep applications on file for future vacancies. We do not use it for anything else.
Who sees it
AKFAL's recruitment and HR staff, and — only once you accept a role — the client whose gate pass you need and the government platforms that issue your Iqama or transfer. We never sell or share applications with third parties for marketing.
Where it is kept
On AKFAL's servers in a directory that cannot be reached from the web, and in the company's HR system. Applications are kept for twelve months, or longer if you are hired.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your application at any time by writing to info@akfal.sa or on WhatsApp.
